Years ago I took my grandson to southern California. Turned off the interstate and headed east and suddenly found myself driving through a wind farm. Had no idea what it was - really frightening experience, felt like we had hit the twilight zone. Sound they make was beyond spooky. Grandson crawled onto the floorboard of the car, covered his head and remained there until we reached our destination.
As far as I am concerned they can take all these ridiculous things down, especially in West Texas.
