The owner was suffering from depression because of the death of his wife. It is possible he is in a mental health hospital. Does not appear to be a breeder just a hoarder.

None of the dogs saved by our rescue appear to be panda colored.

Here is the first one to be groomed, quite a difference before and after.

Wow, what a difference. I thought on one of the news articles though they talked to the neighbors who said the person had bred and sold the dogs? Here's the pic of the dog that I thought may have had Panda lines:

Poor dogs, and how sad a situation it all sounds...but thankfully they have been rescued and hopefully will all go on to get wonderful homes.
