Only the 2nd picture has any thing to do with trigger control the other has to do with proper stance and grip.

In the 2nd the guy is sure slapping his trigger

It depends. I’m a competitive pistol shooter who occasionally likes to shoot rifles and shotguns. Sometimes it’s appropriate to “slap” the trigger; I don’t need much sight picture and trigger control at 3 yards. Sometimes, a squeeze is necessary, like a 20-yard headshot with a pistol, or an 8” gong at 100 yards with a rifle.
