Using a barbell, even if using high weight, you simply have no real chance of dropping it on yourself. Even in times all weightlifting can’t get the weight off, you roll it off oneself, not drop it on oneself.

Murder.

No one lifts such weight that could get out of control without a spotter.

In your own home all alone, you don't lift great weights BECAUSE you're all alone.
