I would THINK the absolute LAST LAST LAST thing a cop would ever want to do is shoot a black man in a routine traffic stop, yet it keeps happening. Something don't jibe here. Have you also noticed the beginnings and some endings of all these videos are cut? Including the 15 mile Rodney King chase.

Yep! They are deliberately inflaming the situation and funny how these cop shootings happen when big news of Hillary and her crimes is the top story.
