A French man from Tunisia.
Not French in any meaningful way.
We also have citizens who are not American in any meaningful way.
Then they need to go.
I offer as just a snippet of CNY life:
On my way home tonight, about midnight, I stopped at the locks. There were 2 gentlemen fishing. Both Chinese. One told me that his native tongue was Mandarin. Both have been Americans over 10 years. Yet, they have no clue as to the world class fresh water fishing that lies ahead of them. They were thrilled to be catching strawberry bass. We talked for a half hour. They are countrymen. I'd be happy to show them the Salmon and Trout honey holes.
