Can you point to a published article that says that Seth Rich was about to testify in the email investigation?
He was walking home at 4am in what apparently was a bad neighborhood.
It is curious that he was shot but did not appear to have been robbed.
Also curious are the reports that he was shot in the back. As I understand it, being shot in the back of the head or the back of the neck is considered execution style murder.
But being shot in the back could mean that he was fleeing from his attacker when he was killed.
He was supposedly on the phone talking to his girlfriend when it happened. There are Internet links that he was scheduled to testify, but can’t really find a good article on it. So I don’t know if they are trying to keep it quiet or if there is something here. The mainstream press is not interested so it’s hard to get info.
If he was talking to his girlfriend at the tine, they know a lot more than they are saying. Where had he been till 4 in the morning. Was he on the way home or meeting someone?
These things could be easily cleared up if we knew what his girlfriend says. Is she afraid?

Actually the video from OAN Network is the best story on the fact that he was scheduled to testify. In the video it says he was scheduled to testify, but it doesn’t say what committee.
