I saw that and then when she swam and beat the Russian’s time she held up her finger again. From the pic you cannot tell that initially she was wagging her finger at the Russian as if to say ‘no, you didn’t just do that.’ It was classic.
Let’s see if the Russian bothers to show up for the medal ceremony. I doubt it. They are the sorest losers on the planet.
