Smart phone users must provide the same credentials as desktop computer users to register.
I thought the current election laws REQUIRE PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH A PERSON REGISTERING TO VOTE. Even if you go down to the P.O. to register to vote, you have to present yourself in person; you cannot turn in a registration form for someone else.
I had to take my mom to the P.O. - at the age of 90, in order for her to change her registration from DEM to REP.
