Herself would stand her best chance if she simply submitted to arrest, trial, and conviction, then have the conviction overturned on some technical grounds. Risky, but no more so than the course Herself is now following, which is piling up a LOT of negative press and affecting standings in the various polls.
Herself is every bit as dangerous to that entity once known as “the United States of America” as any external enemy, and with the transformation that has occurred over the past nearly eight years, the territory is apparently no longer subject to the rule of law that was in place and functioning for some 220 years prior to 2008. Sure, it was not perfect, but it has since been kicked to kindling.
