“archive.gov”

Dot Gov?

You are a political hack. Probably a govt worker or lawyer.

The USA is run by a clearly readable Constitution.
It is NOT run by Dot Gov, which is riddled with fallacy.

The State Delegate system is FRAUD used by foreign powers to appoint your politicians.

Good couple of posts direct from the “horse’s mouth”, in this case, the Constitution itself.

If they were going to parachute her in, they missed their chance; they could have indicted Hillary, gotten her out of the way, and then substituted the Mooch, a/k/a the Wookie.

I think it is too late for this.

This actually did happen once: in the election of 1876, Colorado’s legislature selected the electors from that state.

Wolverine couldn’t but the Hulk would squash him like a bug

Yeah, he was looking pretty beat down by Hulk in the first Avengers movie.

In the early days, legislatures appointed electors in most states.

In the Florida 2000 Bush/Gore race, it almost happened. Florida had a statute that, in the event that the election was not settled by the day of the federal deadline, that the Florida legislature would meet and choose the electors. Since both houses were Republican, it would have handed the election to Bush, and the Dems would have REALLY howled about "selection not election"
