It was pretty minor stuff. but Eisenhower was born in a tiny town and no one bothered to fill out a birth certificate. After WWII, he decided to run for president and so they had to go through the task of creating a birth certificate for him so that they could file it and let him campaign.

Minor, minor stuff — but still: The Constitution applies to both Blacks and Whites.

I am elderly and even at my advanced age there are still highly credible living witnesses who would testify that they visited my mother and me both in the hospital and at home.
