I am on a high-residue diet, and this book was recommended to me by my natural medicine practitioner as a source of roughage.
He must be a Hillary supporter, because the book was redolent of musty carob powder, as if it had been stuck in a warehouse since the early 70s.
After ingesting it, the first thing I noticed was that my billfold was missing. What’s worse was that my bank account had been drained, and I lost my job due to it being off-shored to Bangladesh.
I ended up getting severely constipated and had to go to the emergency room for lavage with Milton Friedman Youtube videos!
I would not recommend purchase.,
