Of course .. because people are coming here WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN VACINATED FROM THESE DISEASES.
So, the most important thing we can do to any “migrants” who come here .. vaccinate ALL ADULTS and their children.
And .. probably a lot of them will already been exposed to these diseases, or alrady infected, and don’t even know it.
According to someone in social services/public health the illegals do vaccinate. What they don’t do is practice good hygiene. Indicates that the anitivaccination crowd may be correct when stating that indoor plumbing and the cleanliness it brought had as much to do with ending polio as did the vaccine. Polio is spread through fecal matter. I assume many other diseases are as well.
Toilets, toilet paper and hand washing are not important parts of third world countries-they can baffle the newly arrived.
