Trump's behavior shows his primary motive to be emotions, what Western civilization called 'passions'. Many of Trump's opponents allow him to trump them into reacting primarily from emotions, either Aversion (from Hate, from the Easy (Concupiscible) emotions) or Fear (from the Hard (Irascible) emotions). But Trump's opponents' want to be reacting to his fundamentally emotional approach using their higher, Intellectual faculties.
Hillary's primary motivation is Pride, a kind of toxic breakdown product actually located in the Will, not the emotions. Hillary's ultimate pregenitor in Pride is the greatest non-divine being, the Light Bearer (Lucifer), who in his illogical pride chose not to obey the Creator. Hillary can't really enjoy much of the things she has gained, her prideful motivation ends as negative, only based on how she can seem to gain more pride by diminishing others. Emulating this motivation is not the ideal basis for guiding one's own attitudes or making decisions in the Presidential race.

But the Will and ultimately, the Intellect, can become corrupted on their own, without any Emotions (which non-corporeal intelligences do not posses in their own nature). Lucifer’s pride didn’t involve the Passions; the corruption of Lucifer's will from its natural orientation to love and obey the Creator, was diverted into disordered self-love. A corrupted Will is more difficult to correct than amok Emtions.
