Here’s a clue: When the time changes at the 1:20 mark, the last two letters after the time also change from ET to PT. Eastern Time, Pacific Time.
If it is 2:51 ET, what time would that be in PT?

Her medical team probably stopped her multiple times DURING the rally to pump her up with more dope. This is why she is standing in front of a VIDEO SCREEN of a live audience being taped simultaneously in a different location.. So that when she faints or has to stop FOR MORE DRUGS, only her closest associates will know.
Hillary is not in the same location as the people on that video screen behind her, although both are taped simultaneously. THEN her people EDIT out the drug pauses and coughing fits. THIS IS WHY THE TIMES DON'T MATCH UP.

Look at the angle of the shadow from her arm and microphone and compare to the angle of the shadow of the sign being held by the woman in the purple shirt and white pants behind her to the left side of the screen. The latter shadows appear to be natural from sunlight above and behind the viewer. Hillary's shadows are from multiple light sources level with the viewer and not above like the sun would be.
The reason it looks like a cartoon cut and paste is that your brain is very good at picking up 3-D clues and processing them in your subconscious. You have to look hard to understand why your brain automatically figures it to be a cut and paste job.
