I really thought this angle of the story couldn't possibly be true but posted about it on my FB wall with a few comments of my own, adding what was known about Wiener, Clinton and Epstein. I got the typical responses— likes from the friends who I knew would and others telling me how horrible I was to have posted such a thing. Hours later I went to the grocery store and ran into a friend I have known since 8th grade. His brother and I were classmates. I haven't seen his brother in years but was always good friends with him. After the obligatory “Hi, how are you?” He felt the need to tell me in the produce section that his brother loves reading what I post on FB and to never stop, no matter what comments I hear back. He said he had just been in touch with his brother. Now why did this strike me as odd? Well, his brother works for the FBI in DC and has received accommodations for breaking several international sex trafficking rings. I just thought this was really interesting timing to be told what I was told.
