Funny how all of these same people complained when Sarah Palin was chosen as McCain’s VP.
I’ve never understood the importance to feminists of a female president. We have females in all sorts of professions that require equal or greater intellect, ability, character. Nobody today is trying to keep women out of these positions - they just have to want it, and work for it.
I guess I’m not that big on the merely symbolical.
