In discussions on this topic it is important to remember that states create cities and counties. States also created the federal government. The purpose of the federal government is to serve as agent of the states.
It will be decided in the courts.
It should be decided in CRIMINAL COURT with the Mayor and City Council on Trial facing 20 years in PRISON

Florida ranks 6th in the country in financial health. I almost hate to admit this, but Jeb got us back on the path to a sound financial condition. He actually did a pretty good job as governor. It’s too bad he sold his soul to the big money cronies.
We have no state income tax and no death tax.
I left my home state of Connecticut some 45 years ago and have never looked back.
