Since President Trump has appointed may former leaders from the private sector, I am sharing the wisdom of Ray Stantz (Ghostbusters):

I was listening to Rex Tillerson speak to the State Dept and the line from the movie was the thought which popped into my head. Boy are these workers in for a shock!
I’m a federal employee that produces results.
I also have 25 years of private sector experience and saw plenty of slackers there.
