maybe it refers to the number of strokes?

I never liked PPs condoms. They won’t hold a hot patch and after two washing they tend to rupture at the worst possible times. But PP. is always ready with the abortions with no down payment and easy monthly payments.

It has to be good for long sessions as well as "quickies."

This article reminds me of a crossword puzzle I was working on last night. It took me a long time that the answer to the clue "full of holes" was "porous."
