Fort conducts prescribed burn Friday

FORT HUACHUCA - Fort Huachuca, U.S. Forest Service and other local cooperating fire agencies will conduct a prescribed burn in Area Tango Friday to support the live fire training mission here.

Ignition will start around 8:30 a.m. and smoke will be visible all day.

Is that the range area east of the hospital or did they bring in bigger toys to play with at some other isolated area?

It has been really windy with some high gusts here(just a bit north of you). Hope the wind dies down before the burn. F.S could be in deep kimchee, if not.

If they need it they’ll have Libby Aemy Air Field allpreoedto reload the wter tanker planes.
