Wonder what the address looks like on GoogleEarth?
Is there even a structure on the property?

So how much tax revenue was actually collected via these ITINs?

“The primary purpose of ITINs was to capture the previously untapped source of new federal tax revenue from undocumented workers.”
That is a knee slapper. How do you collect federal income tax from people who have zero federal income tax withheld from their paychecks? The first thing that every illegal learns is how to fill out a W9 employee withholding form with 9 exemptions and a phony address.
To: Sean_Anthony
the same organization that ignored this absurdity is the same one that needed to know the content of actual **prayers** by different groups.

This means that finding and deporting these real and imaginary people should be Child’s Play.
Should be absolutely no searching at all.

Yes, illegal immigrants FILE THEIR TAX RETURNS. That doesn’t mean they pay taxes. It means they get tax money for filing.

IIRC 0bama’s IRS protested that they are too understaffed to worry about stuff like this.

The article doesn’t mention the Dec 2015 PATH Act (Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes) which cut a lot of that out. There is still a lot to do to drive this raid on the taxpayers out of the system.

Texas auto dealers love it when Mexicans come in with $35,000 in cash to buy a new pickup truck, sent to them as the Earned Income Tax Credit. They can claim fictitious children (including nephews and nieces) in Mexico. This is an outrageous scam that should be stopped THIS YEAR in the new tax overhaul.

Oh, that was the deal wherein there was “...not a smidgen of corruption...” in the IRS, right?
Hope Trump has some good people going after these abuses very soon.

sounds like another scam to enrich the elected DC crooks who supposedly serve the public. Most if not all of them leave office as millionaires and they do it on a $185,000 per salary. And none of those ex-congress critter millionaires have ever gone to jail for their crimes. Maybe it's not a crime for a DC politician to scam the American people out of millions/billions of dollars. If there is a law prohibiting that, those laws obviously don't apply to white collar crime in DC.

Just a little addition to your excellent observation. Out in LaRaza land (used to be Californicator land), the real operators bought the big luxury SUVS to haul their brides around to use their EBT cards and WIC cards. California, New Mexico, Arizon, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and Texas auto dealers love it when
Mexicans Illegals, come in with $35,000 in cash to buy a new pickup truck, sent to them as the Earned Income Tax Credit. They can claim fictitious children (including nephews and nieces) in Mexico.
This is an outrageous scam that should be stopped THIS YEAR in the new tax overhaul.

Thinking the same thing.
If you’re in the US illegally, we really ought to be deporting your butt.
But if you’re HERE working and earning US cash, you ought to be paying your fair share for the benefits you’re sharing living here, to include police, military, parks etc.
Make it so they pay in but are not eligible to receive any refunds or earned income type benefits.
If they DO eventually go home and come back legally THEN issue them a SS# and start over.
