am beginning to understand why they stoned these people to death in the Bible. It’s why they killed the animal too, not like the animal wanted this. Give the animal a place to rest where it’s treated well, make the family pay..then again I had no say in the matter.
It’s good we are now in modern times and a Vet will take care of this dog and these “humans” will be put in a cage for a long time I hope.
Okay - when I saw the headline I was thinking of a little kid wearing underwear, diaper, heck - even naked doing an actual goofy dance with the dog.
