That’s my first reaction, that the Chief is a pedophile himself. Only another pedophile would want this kind of attitude to win the day.
The reporter didn't list the Chief of Police's name or territory / jurisdiction. Sounds like he approves of covering for the pervs. I would also think the COP was a pedophile. I'm going to guess he might be a Muslim COP. It would all make sense in that context.
