Wrong move. Sets a bad precedent, and positions the Judicial branch in a superior position to the other two (supposedly) co-equal branches of government.

We don't need a bunch of black robed tyrants to interpret the clear language of the law and the Constitution for us. Those documents give the President broad powers and latitude over the whole area of immigration, as anyone with an eight grade reading level can see.

If anything, the high court should reach down and strongly discipline the overreaching, activist, lower courts. It's beyond their authority or jurisdiction to elevate themselves to the position of arbiters of the President's clearly enumerated powers.
