Was this guy working during this time? I thought he fell very ill back in 2014? Where would he get this proof?

I think the writer of this article is mixing this "whistleblower" in with the Nunes info this week. The timeline doesn't match up, though, since Montgomery's info is from a couple of years ago. He would not have anything from the election, before or after election day.
