It seems to me that today the only racists are whites when disagree with minority thought or when minorities perceive they have been offended by white microaggressions. I recall that Louis Farrakhan has said blacks cannot be racists. Maybe that explains a lot.
This is a key concept in the conflict theory branch of sociology. It holds that societal norms are in place to keep the powerful (white men) in power. Therefore all enforcement of norms is racist and the victims, no matter what they do, aren't. They are just rebelling against an unfair system. Critical Race Theory grows out of this.
Btw, almost ALL college sociology professors are Conflict Theorist. They are as Looney as you think they are.
