Let's keep it simple. Obama is a person. He supposedly is a Citizen of the United States.
Did this citizen, let's call him John Doe, violate the law during his eight years as President? Did he do anything that was illegal, anything.
I bet the FBI and Jeff Sessions, if they data-mined carefully all the legalese in all the Federal US Codes, they could find many instances of John Doe breaking the law. Certainly if I were the John Doe, I would be perp walking.
I'll just name one, besides the multiple obvious Spygate issues: Obama knew that Hillary had an undocumented illegal server with classified and Top Secret information on it. He communicated with her on said server. He did not report the use of said server to the FBI. That, as I understand it, is a Felony. Hillary, quoting Rudy Giuliani, violated at least sixteen Federal US Code laws and multiple number of times with each instance.
This nothing will happen meme is insanity and a horrible precedent. If the FBI and the Jeff Sessions Justice Department do nothing with these flagrant violations of law, then future generations will indeed pay the price.
