Columbus Police Officer Mike Plumb made this shot in August 1993. The shot was from 82 yards away. There have been several articles in the Columbus Dispatch over the years on this amazing shot.

I have more than one rifle that can make that shot, easily from a bench.
I would be the weakest link in that chain.
