Round up the local Muslim population, and make them tour the attack site, and/or make them clean up the area once the human remains are removed. I’d say have them clean up the remains, but that wouldn’t work with today’s forensic evidence gathering. It should be like how the Allied forces made the German townspeople who lived near the concentration camps, go in, tour the camps, and then made them remove the bodies of the victims.
Have the Queen and the Archbishop of Canterbury crawl to the nearest mosque and beg your new masters for mercy. Or grow a pair and kick the bastards out of your country.

Start with artillery battalions. I would recommend two battalions set up at the edges of the mooslim slums. Open fire for 24 hours. If any mooslim pigs are still around, I’d go for airstrikes next. Whatever crawls out of the smoking ruins, give them one hour to crawl to the nearest English port for evacuation in a leaky freighter.

The only anti-radicalization program that will stop these maniacs, is to be more barbarous and lethal than they are.
Stop surveilling these murderous thugs, and start executing them in the public square. Put ten of them to death for every non-muslim killed by terrorism. Only then will it stop.
They also might want to begin a program of mass deportations, and stop all further entry of muslims into their country.
That is their only hope. If they can't bring themselves to do these things, their nation will be lost.
