It is getting harder and harder to shock the anti-Trump left. One provocation must overcome the previous provocation in a never-ending escalation.
The problem for Kathy Griffon is that she needs to shock her core audience without losing her lucrative main-stream gigs. So she releases this photograph and then apologizes, so she can have the accolades of her target audience without paying the price.
It is a cynical and despicable effort.
