I have one SKS with a 30 round aftermarket mag.
I would feed it with 10 round stripper clips before trying to change mags.
The thing is purely a collectors item suitable for feral hogs.

Those two brave cops laid it on the line and took hits. They took him out. A good man and a good woman they are. As cops, capitol hill officers, I suspect they are not conservative but what the hell. I have 2 of them and use 10,20, and 30 rnd mags as well as an 80-rnd drum. Many a reload over the past 20-plus-years without inadvertently committing suicide.
