I think neither LaVoy Finicum nor Philando Castile should have died. But in both cases, I think it was subpar training that led to panic and not premeditated murder that was the culprit.

If not premeditated murder, how do you explain the illegal placement of the roadblock, the shots fired while the car is braking, the shots fired (by the HRT) at Lavoy’s head while he is exiting the vehicle with his hands up.

If that is bad training, then I guess OJ was just a badly trained chef!?
