Somebody’s gonna make out very well on that. I don’t think those buildings could be built for $3.1 MM, much less acquiring the underlying land. They are probably fully ADA compliant, if not brand spanking new. That would make a very reasonable corporate HQ in my estimation.
Only an idiot would put a new corporate headquarters in Vermont. That would be even more incompetent than Boeing moving its headquarters to Chicago.
