I totally agree completely (and that means all of it) with his diet. As to the mental impact I joined Mensa many years ago. And I would like to compare President Trump’s health to all the so called experts. Remember the inventor of the Aikens diet died at a rather young age. So expertise only counts when money is involved and President Trump is a prime example of his diet.
Dr. Atkins died of a blunt force trauma to the head and was 72 when he died. Don’t believe every rumor you hear.

Robert Atkins died at age 72 from a epidural hematoma caused by a blunt force impact to his head on the icy streets of New York.
His diet had nothing to do with his death as you imply.
Whacks on the head are no respecter of diet. Just as bullets to the torso (Herman Tarnower) are no respecter of diet.

Now if you want to talk about someone who ate healthy, exercised regularly and died young of a heart attack we can talk about Jim Fixx.
72 is not young.
72 is not young.
Atkins died from a fall
If you meant Atkins Diet, Dr. Robert Atkins slipped and fell on an icy NYC sidewalk, was knocked unconscious, fractured skull, in a coma for months, and finally passed away. Diet had nothing to do with it. In fact, the diet works.
