Right, I have a drawer full of their keys, phones, id’s, wallet’s, eyeglasses.... that are lost all the time.
Some of these people lose their keys a couple times a week. One girl, uses our dept. charge card and the third time she used it, she lost it. She couldn’t use her professors... because the Prof lost their own, too
They can’t follow guidelines, fill out forms, the don’t GET academic compliance, and it’s amazing how they can get themselves HERE daily, without incident...
Last week, one of them left a lab door open because she didn’t know how to lock it without the key....like, she couldn’t reach over and turn the latch on her way out...
are you saying some academics are absentminded?
