I am now seeing very conflicting news on this incident. Several sources show a dark gray Dodge Challenger with a beat in nose as the assailant’s car but now released drone footage shows a red Taurus wagon going into the crowd.

Has anybody said why the airbag didn’t go off? My understanding is that when he airbag goes off in a modern car the fuel supply is cutoff and the car just sits there. That obviously didn’t happen.
