But too many people, many on FR included, want to dump news sources that don't agree with them 100%.
What they really want is a news source that doesn't report the news but, instead, reports and agrees with their own viewpoint.
News is impartial. It affects both sides of the political aisle and across a broad spectrum of society and culture. News is not just a partial viewpoint. It is what it is. News. Which was defined in journalism class when I was at university, as those events that are controversial or reveal conflict in the world. That's what people want to hear about.
All I hear sometimes when something doesn't go their way , is boycott, boycott. What's going to happen when you run out of sources or establishments to boycott because eventually they ALL do or say things from time-to-time that don't agree with you personally?
Change the channel or change the sites you go to, but understand, that is not going to solve the problem in the long run. People differ on many issues and will continue to do so. Being informed about all viewpoints in what's important. Not just having your own worldview reinforced at the expense of actual events.
Drudge does a great job as far as I am concerned.
Thanks for the list.

Spare us, please.
I haven’t been to Drudge’s site in at least 10 years. Don’t have to. As soon as he posts something there, people race to post it here.

You have your opinion. I have mine.... so pound sand.
Drudge is now useless.
Sundance can be enlightening but more often than not he publishes his interpretations of things, which can be either quite obvious or pretty far out there. More importantly, anyone who questions or disagrees with his analysis is either put on moderation (censored) or banned.
Plus the people that read and post at CTH are pretty cult-like in their hero worship.
Being informed about all viewpoints in what’s important.

Naw........ Just hang with you personalized views/ideas and the rest of the world be damned.
It’s amazing the differing ideas, concepts, etc ever got shared as the world civilizations
grew and expanded.
Take care.
I quit drudge a few months ago. I haven’t missed the site.

I find the constant “refreshing” on Drudge to be especially annoying.
I too have been ‘seeing other people’ here and there.
Far more than I used to.
It’s always risky getting most your news from any one particular site. I have felt this way moreso since last summer, when Roger Ailes was removed from Fox News.
After that happened, it was a different Fox, more diluted, and with lots of Kool-Aid added all of a sudden.
What was that Psalm that reminded us;
“To everything there is a season”.
Ping. Great post. I have deleted drudge as well.

I heard about it here, and it’s quite good. Also go to Drudge.
Also getting fed up with all the news.
The constant refreshing on Drudge is stupid, too. He doesn’t update the site every minute or two. If he dialed the refreshing back to once every five minutes, it would still be too often.
Fortunately I haven’t had to be concerned about it lately. I go to The_Donald, Truthfeed, and Liberty Daily.
I agree with that....but I do read him everyday and frequently like the comments as well as the article.
During the campaign he was great moral support - he didn’t want any cowards in the foxhole. Thought this was a nice positive approach when so many were quivering in their boots.
You are not alone. It's strange how an idea looks different in print and the more you tweak it the worse it gets.
Drudge is only useless to those who are close-minded and don't want to see the world around them. Just their own little cozy view of the world from their safe space.
So go pound the frickin' sand yourself pal.
First Sean Hannity.
Then Ann Coulter.
Next was Rush.
Finally the Freepers are at Matt Drudges throat.
I thought they were NEVER get there. What took so long?
