"Wow, a conservative FReeper mocking Drudge for making too much money under free enterprise capitalism."

I have every right to mock him under our (somewhat) free enterprise (somewhat) capitalistic system. If Drudge isn't providing a value/as much of a value anymore, I can and will criticize and/or stop going to his site. I am of the personal opinion that the super click bait stuff (especially negative to Trump/Bannon/etc) he posts is negative to his brand value over the medium and longer term. I'm not asking the government to interfere with Drudge or tax him more so stop writing straw-man arguments.

Drudge just posts links to third-party articles. He is not the writer of origin.

You make it sound like he writes about the news that he links from around the world.

The news is the news. It is what it is. Drudge doesn't control the happenings of the day. He just bundles them on his site so others can go the the links and make their own decisions.

Drudge is not an editorial writer. He doesn't "write" straw man arguments.
