Well, as I understand it, non-citizens do not have equal rights as citizens.
Exactly since when did illegal immigration become a race issue. Only because the illegals come from Mexico and Central America. Meaning color of your skin, identity politics gives you a pass. That is not equal protection under the law. It is sensationalism.
