As his parents came from some distant land to assisting in his wife battering, I feel correct in stating he is not a native born American.
Whatever country he and they are from, chances are, he's here on some kind of work visa and as stated above, we've got more than enough home-grown scum like this without importing them!

Why would I take offense? I was merely pointing out that the H1-B program is not the major source of Indians coming here and never has been. And H1-Bs have to go home when their visas expire.
