I wouldn’t rely on SCOTUS.
We’re in a better position today than yesterday to know the backstabbing RINOs we’re dealing with. They should all be Primaried. That’s our job.
On Jan 19, 2019, the new Congress eviscerates all extraneous spending tied to the usurpation of the citizens’ Constitutional equity. Our ultimatum.
The judge cannot force spending either.
I still think the best route is to arrest and prosecute those who run the sanctuary cities and break the federal immigration laws on a regular basis. When an illegal is released despite an ICE request to hold them, and commits a crime/murder, charge those who made the decision as accomplices.
This judge has no authority in this matter....paging Clyde Shelton....
“The judge is wrong, appeal the decision.”..
Which attorney do you expect will do that? Certainly not Sessions.
Overturned on appeal in 3...2...1...
Article 1. Section 8 Paragraph 15 "To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions"
If someone attacks our borders by crossing them illegally, that is the very definition of invasion. This is why all illegal aliens should be shot according to the Geneva convention. They are non-uniformed enemy combatants.
The Constitutional merits should be discussed each and every time. If that had been done, maybe we could have avoided a lot of this Big Government unpleasantness.
He’s too busy using asset forfeiture to rid the White House of Rock ‘n’ Roll records.
