Puerto Rico is a ghetto. There is one dollar and a thousand people steal it from each other.
My company has a pharma facility there.
Before I retired, I used to get down to PR about twice a year for meetings etc.
PR is a third world hell hole. Bad roads, street signs so faded by the sun they are missing letters. Electricity wires hanging from poles while people siphon electricity.
Go out to the more rural areas and it looked like India, feral dogs and people on the muddy streets.
They have no ability to fix things themselves after so many years of corruption.
