They have to be in some way connected to ESPN to choose of all places, Connecticut. The whole state is going bankrupt led my Hartford.

The article can be easily misread. Charter is currently headquartered in Stamford, CT. THey just plan on building a new building, though it looks like they will be adding jobs. So this ‘win’ for the socialist governor of CT (who is not running for reelection) is that at least one company is not leaving the state yet. GE, Alexion, Starwood Hotels are all gone.
