If he sent it to Australia and the Philippines, it could be going to ISIS there (Abu Sayef) or Islamic Jihad (MILF-Moro Islamic Liberation Front). Lots of ISIS displaced to Philipines, Indonesia, Sudan, and Congo (and Europe).

Exactly. If the truth came out a few hours after it happened, they know most Americans would demand actions against them (whether ISIS, Antifa, or ??).

The FBI is just dribbling out the information for less effect.
