Ask a Lib if his house mortgage is a living breathing document. He’ll say it’s a contract. Gee. So is the Constitution.
Making the Constitution a “living,breathing document” makes it useless for all practical purposes. My first home mortgage was pretty close to a living, breathing document,& believe me when I say it wasn’t ideal.
