Children have sexual feelings at various ages. It is one of the hallmarks of Christianity to minimize and delay the growth and gratification of these impulses, and to tame and orient them towards marriage and stable relationships.

By 14, most girls are fully sexually developed females.

Boys tend to be a little behind that.
