Prosecutors ordered to share reports on any camera, armed officers' surveillance outside Bundy ranch

LAS VEGAS-Prosecutors in the Bundy trial must provide information by noon Saturday on all armed federal officers who did surveillance outside the Bundy ranch and any cameras capturing images of the Bundy home between March 1 and April 12, 2014, a judge ordered Wednesday.

The information must be turned over to the defense.

It could help Cliven Bundy, sons Ammon Bundy and Ryan Bundy and co-defendant Ryan Payne challenge the allegation that they used "deceit and deception" to encourage supporters to come to the ranch saying the house was surrounded, federal snipers were outside the home and the family felt isolated.

Defense lawyers said they learned for the first time on Tuesday of two federal officers dressed in camouflage and armed with AR-15 rifles posted outside the Bundy residence at night before the April 12, 2014 standoff.

The information was contained in a written report that they received from the U.S. Attorney's office in preparation for Wednesday's hearing on disputed discovery evidence.

"Wouldn't it be important for the defense to know FBI agents are overlooking the Bundy residence with an AR 15?" asked Brenda Weksler, one of Payne's defense lawyers. "How do we not have this until yesterday?"......

This case keeps getting more muddied as it moves along.

We went through two trials with one man convicted and sentenced to 68 years in prison, others have pled guilty to various charges and have been sentenced or are awaiting sentencing, another group awaits trial after this group of four and some have been acquitted.

Yet it takes until now for the federal government to reveal this evidence related to the case.

The DOJ prosecution has been completely corrupted.

The standard now is to hide evidence, resist discovery, and lie.

They did it repeatedly for the last 8 years, at least. One case went all the way to the Supreme Court. The SC castigated them, and said what they did was unethical. They nullified the convictions in the case.

But there were *no* sanctions or punishments for the dirty prosecutors who lied and hid evidence.

Some of those prosecutors are now part of the Muller team.

You have to wonder about the “live feed” from those cameras that was revealed by a Park Service employee last week at an evidence hearing.

It played at a federal command post on scene but did it play in Washington DC too with Obama’s AG Loretta Lynch or Obama’s FBI Director James Comey or other higher ups watching.

This lead prosecutor the Acting US Attorney in Las Vegas Steven Myhre keeps trying to evade providing details about the cameras or the snipers.

The current AG Jeff Sessions visited Las Vegas back on July 12th and praised Myhre for his “leadership” in the case.

Yeah, Mr. Sessions.

The standard has always been for cops and prosecutors to lie, hide exculpatory evidence, resist court orders and plant evidence

It has always been there, of course.

But I think it was not as common.

It is unknowable whether it has increased or not.

No way to know, by the nature of the crimes.
