Ah yes, the Star Trek episode with people who were controlled by Landru, who was a computerized entity. People were absorbed by Landru. They behaved in a robitic manner except for periodic “festival” when they went wild.

I saw it on the “Decades” channel earlier this year.
They had a daily binge of the original “Star Trek” series, and this episode was one of the episodes they aired.
I also remember seeing this episode when it first aired in the 1960’s....I was a kid then.
